Be.El Atelier has chosen a location whose large spaces means that the work can be organised in an orderly and suitably distanced way as required by health protocols.
The customers’ raw material is received on the ground floor, which is then divided and compartmentalised on shelves dedicated to the individual brands.
The automatic cutting machine (Lectra Vector 5000) was installed next to the storage area, in a logical sequence of operations. It is equipped with two tables with semi-automatic feeders.
The cut work is divided into processing packages and is sent to the packaging lines on the upper floor using a modern elevator.
