Five lines of 15 machines (depending on the operational range of the article) are currently installed, with the possibility of extending up to 8 lines.

The feed technology is of the Lean type with limited stocks and storage in each workstation and a U-shaped manufacturing cell: a piece enters in sequence and a finished one comes out according to a rhythm that is continuously updated and adapted to production needs.

The packaging machinery is of the latest generation. It was decided to combine indisputably prestigious machines (Juky – Brothers – Rimoldi …) for the most sensitive packaging phases, with modern Chinese-made machines that in recent years have demonstrated the attainment of a very respectable technical, mechanical and metallurgical level.
